About Us

I had a dream of owning a charming boutique where my customer's experience would keep them coming back time and time again. That dream became a reality October 1st, 2004 with the renovation of a 1950's house. Once the renovation was complete, Josephine's Attic Gifts & Decor was created. 

The name Josephine's is a tribute to my grandmothers. Coincidentally, both of my grandparents are named Edward & Josephine.The history behind this house has tremendous meaning to me. It was built by my Grandfather and was the residence of my Aunt, Uncle, and nine children. I have fond memories of playing here as a child - the same swing is still in the backyard. The exquisite masonry fireplace was built by my father. On October 1st, 2015, we expanded the store adding an  additional 1000 square feet!

I was lucky enough to be blessed with some creative genes. I design and create items under my label Josie. T. Designs. 

Retirement Notice:

After 21 wonderful years, I’ve made the bittersweet decision to retire my boutique. 💛

This business has meant so much to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of the support, friendships, and memories throughout the years.

While the boutique chapter is coming to an end, this isn’t goodbye! I will continue creating and selling my handmade items through my website, and I’m excited for this next adventure.
